Everything was better than I expected. The staff is friendly and helpful. I requested rooms close together, and they did even better than that by giving us adjoining rooms. The popcorn and soda machine are a nice extra touch. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. We like to sleep in a cold room, and the A/C worked beautifully with no weird smells. The covers on the bed were perfect for sleeping cozily in a cold room...not too heavy, but warm enough, even for the "always cold" members of our family. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. Hot syrup for the waffles was a nice bonus! We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

The check clerk was friendly and the open, spacious entry room, clean. You could see the well set up food bar and she told us the menu and time's they served a very good breakfast! She showed us where we could park our truck pulling our trailer and the easiest door to come in to get to our room. The room was very clean! The beds where bright white and very comfortable! The many pillows were also. We had a 2 queen bed room with a refrigerator, microwave, nice big TV, hair dryer, very nice shower with a rain shower head. Everything was very clean! There were many nice restaurants close by!

The staff went above and beyond helping my 82 year old Mother(on a walker) and myself(on a cane). We sincerely appreciate their. kindness. Susie and Evelyn and Cate are so polite and friendly and we felt like part of their family. We hope to stay more often in the future as finances allow. Thank you from the bottom if our hearts. Also, I booked a stay the following Thursday and spoke with Felicia who was just as kind and sweet as well. Thank you for hiring such an extraordinary staff.

Check in was easy. Ms. ASHBY did an excellent job getting us settled in. Explained details of the room which I'd never gotten before. For example, went out of her way to explain the area and dining options, even though we hadn't asked yet. Extremely friendly, made sure we had all info we needed. Popcorn and soda in lobby were nice extras. Even the cook staff were friendly, engaging conversations with customers. Rooms were clean and decor was nice. Beds comfy. Bathrooms very clean.

Well after the previous night with no power at that hotel, in a different city, it was great to be able to sleep in AC, have TV, Wi-Fi, and take a hot shower, so it was great before we started. The breakfast in the morning was very good, with a variety of foods to eat. Everyone was very friendly.
